Knowhub empowers children with diverse abilities for success in mainstream education through specialized support programs.
Knowhub is a multidisciplinary therapy center providing individualized support, group therapies, and special education classes to prepare kids with developmental disorders to attend mainstream schools and to help them engage in everyday activities that are meaningful and purposeful, which will improve their quality of life and independence.
We also offer all psychological services, from assessments to therapies and counseling. Our clients range from kids, and adolescents, to adults and we have a dedicated team of professionals with vast experience and knowledge.

Dimuthu Pasqual
Head Psychologist

Ms. Dimuthu Pasqual is a dedicated and aspiring Licensed Psychologist, currently in pursuit of her PhD in Psychology at the University of Cyberjaya, Malaysia. She is a trainer and Education Methods Specialist in both Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Specializing in pediatric and adolescent care, Ms. Dimuthu brings a wealth of expertise in psychological assessments, formulation, and evaluation of various psychological conditions, providing counselling/psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults, and conducting workshops and training.
She has experience working as a Psychotherapist at the National Council for Mental Health (Sahanaya), a Civil Clinical Counsellor at the Military Hospital in Colombo, and a Counselling Officer (Lieutenant) in the Sri Lanka Navy. Following her service in the SL Navy, she became the Chief Psychologist and lecturer at the Colombo Institute of Research and Psychology (CIRP), affiliated with Coventry University in England, UK. Later, she took on roles as an Educational Methods Specialist at CYRYX College in the Maldives and as a Licensed Psychologist at the Institute for Counselling and Psychotherapy (ICP) in the Maldives.
Mohamed Musthafa Faarooq
Licensed Counsellor, Head Psychotherapist
Mr. Musthafa is a Licensed Counsellor and a psychotherapist with over 15 years of working experience in the field of mental health. He acquired his Master’s degree of clinical practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Adelaide (Australia) and Bachelor’s degree in majoring Psychology with Sociology and English Literature from the University of Bangalore.
He is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and other Mindfulness-based Therapies along with Emotion-Focused Therapy(EFT), Narrative Therapy, Hypnotherapy and Family andRelationship Therapy for couples and individuals. He is well-versed in providing mental health interventions for both adults and children who are affected by difficulties such as depression, anxiety, phobias, psychosis and other behavioral problems.
His personal interest areas include research and intervention using Neuropsychotherapy models forPsychosis, Suicide, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and human Attachment Disruption Disorders. Mr. Musthafa is also a mental health professional advocating on the importance of mental health through trainings and workshop.
Antonette Benosa
Special Educator
Ms. Antonette Benosa, is a Certified Special Educator with 6 years of experience specializing in developing individualized education plans, behavior intervention plans, and program management.
She is a Behavior Therapist and a Registered Psychometrician. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology in the Philippines and has completed her 40-hour training in Behavior Analysis and got a certification in Behavior Analysis in Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) in the United States.
Reenalyn Austria
Special Educator
Ms. Reenalyn Austria is a Certified Special Educator with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and is a Registered Psychometrician (RPm), with additional units in special education.
With nearly two years of experience as a behavioral therapist in the Philippines, she specializes in one-on-one sessions with children from early childhood to adolescence. Her compassionate approach fosters trust and creates a supportive environment, while she collaborates closely with families to promote holistic development and continually seeks to enhance her skills.
Mariyam Arshad
Licensed Occupational Therapist
Ms. Mariyam Arshad brings over 7 years of invaluable expertise working with children facing various neurological problems and developmental delays. As an Occupational Therapist with a diverse range of experience, she has diligently worked with children diagnosed with ASD, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Down syndrome, and Stroke. She strive to create a supportive and inclusive environment that fosters growth, independence, and self-expression through therapeutic intervention.
Aminath Zeeniya
Speech Language Pathologist and Audiologist
Ms. Zeeniya is an experienced and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist and Audiologist, with over 4 years of experience in this field. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology.
She has worked in various healthcare settings, including public hospitals, rehabilitation centers and private clinics. Ms. Zeeniya has a proven track record of diagnosing and providing treatment of disorders related to hearing, communication and swallowing, voice fluency, language and hearing issues. She also develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct group sessions, and provide training to families and caregivers.
Mariyam Nihaya Ahmed
Associate Psychologist
Mariyam Nihaya Ahmed is an Associate Psychologist performing as a Behavioral Therapist under supervision. She holds a degree in Psychology and has gained valuable hands-on experience providing therapy sessions to children aged 3 to 13. Nihaya is passionate about supporting children’s development and utilizes therapeutic approaches tailored to their unique needs.
Ms. Nihaya is dedicated to enhancing her skills using evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to support children with developmental, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
Aishath Nafha Nazeer
Support Executive
We are thrilled to introduce Ms. Aishath Nafha Nazeer as part of our dynamic team. She has over 2 years of experience in office management in a clinical setting, where she has developed a passion for creating effective workflow and fostering a positive work environment.
Nafha who is currently completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology is overseeing the day to day functioning of the center. Her dedication to both her academic and professional development is truly inspiring. Ms. Nafha is a valuable member of Knowhub Team!
